Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are Licensed, Bonded and insured.

Q:  Do you belong to any Professional Pet Sitter Organizations?
A:  Yes, we have been members of Pet Sitters International since 1996.

Q:  Do you provide   references?
A:  Yes, upon request.

Q: How many times per day will you visit the house?
A: We charge by the visit, and will pay as many visits as you require.

Q: What if a medical emergency occurs?
A: If a medical emergency occurs and we cannot reach your vet (this information is required at initial visit) we will take your pet either to a nearby emergency center or our own veterinarian depending on your  location.

Q: What areas will you travel to?
A: We cover, Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and parts of Pompano Beach.

Q: How many years have you been in business?
A: We have been in business for 14 years.

Q: Do you do background checks on your pet sitters?
A: If a substitute pet sitter is ever required, a thorough  background check is made prior to hiring.

Q: What services are offered?
A: All visits are accompanied by quality playtime with the pets.
We will take in mail, newspapers, put out or take in trash, water plants, turn lights on and/or off as requested for security reasons, administer most medications if medically necessary for the pet.
